Shipping Policy – KitchenzDeal

Thank you for shopping with KitchenzDeal.
This Shipping Policy outlines how we process and deliver orders placed on our website.


1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. You will be informed in such cases.


2. Shipping Partners

We deliver products through trusted courier services such as:

  • Delhivery

  • Bluedart

  • DTDC

  • Ecom Express

  • India Post (for selected locations)

Courier partner may vary based on your PIN code and product type.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Tamil Nadu: 2–4 business days

  • South India: 3–5 business days

  • Rest of India: 4–7 business days

  • Remote/Rural locations: 7–10 business days

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, logistics issues, or unforeseen delays.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders within India (optional — tell me if you want to modify).

  • COD charges: ₹30–₹60 extra (based on courier partner).

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown during checkout before payment.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email/SMS, and

  • A tracking number to monitor your shipment status online.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.


6. Delivery Attempts

Couriers will make up to 2–3 delivery attempts.
If the delivery fails due to:

  • incorrect address,

  • customer unavailability, or

  • non-responsive contact number
    the package may be returned to us.

Reshipping charges may apply for re-delivery.


7. Damaged or Tampered Package

If you receive a package that appears damaged, tampered, or opened, please:

  1. Take photos/video of the package, and

  2. Contact us immediately at support@kitchenzdeal.com within 24 hours of delivery.

We will resolve the issue promptly.


8. International Shipping

Currently, KitchenzDeal ships orders only within India.
International shipping is not available at this time.
